Dr. Leak is the Founder and Current Director of the Elsie C. Leak Educational Consortium that partners with educational entities in the community to improve student academic achievements using highly trained educators.

Nancy has been the Director of the NCCU Dance Group for over 45 years. She embraces an open environment that fosters dance artists with members of the NCCU Dance Group being key members of local performing companies.

Dr. Rochelle is the founder of an area ministry that sponsors a women’s clothing closet. The ministry provides wardrobe assistance, resume preparation, mentoring and life encouragement, among other things.
